Over the past 12 years I've helped grow Fin (formerly Intercom) from a 40-person startup into a company of 1,400+ — shaping product visions and shipping them, and designing coherent systems out of complexity. Most recently I've been helping steer Fin beyond support into sales, customer success, and the full customer lifecycle.
